Overview

• AAEON’s FWS-2360 desktop network appliance is a ready-to-go white box solution with fiber optic technology for faster connection speeds. Powered by the Intel® Atom™ Processor C3000 Series (formerly Denverton), it offers QAT, Intel’s latest security and compression technology. This user friendly device is the perfect system for wireless gateway, SD-WAN, IPS, WAN Optimization, NFV and vCPE applications as it can be expanded to offer WiFi and 4G LTE, and it’s fitted with a range of mass storage connections.

• Intel QuickAssist Technology speeds up the process of encrypting and the compressing secure information, meaning end users can send private information with complete confidence. With the high-powered CPUs used in the FWS-2360, this work is also isolated from the rest of the system's functions, allowing the device to continue its other functions without losing speed.

1GbE Fiber/ Copper Ports

• With a pair of fiber/copper SFP GbE ports and four conventional LAN ports, the FWS-2360 has a rich array of I/O capabilities. The SFP GbE ports provide exceptional speed, while the conventional ports allow the FWS-2360 to support a LAN bypass function for up to two pairs for four LAN ports to ensure network traffic availability.

• Whether the end user is an SMB or home office needing wired connectivity or a cafe or small hotel with customers demanding a powerful WiFi signal, the FWS-2360 can easily carry the software needed to keep multiple computers and devices hooked up and running smoothly.
