Overview

• COM Express Type 10 with 7th Generation Intel® Core™ ULT Series Processor
• AAEON’s NanoCOM-KBU is the only COM Express Type 10 module on the market to be powered by a 7th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 Processor. The business card-size board is highly extendable as it supports a 1GbE LAN port, eight USB2.0 and two USB3.0 ports, two SATA 2 interfaces, and four PCI-E expansion slots. As it can also be used in -40°C to 85°C temperatures, this module is as versatile as it is powerful.
• By fitting the NanoCOM-KBU with an Intel Core processor, AAEON has not only demonstrated its unmatched technical expertise; it’s also made it possible to have onboard 4GB DDR4 memory and the advanced Intel® HD Graphics 620 engine on a COM Express Type 10 board. As a result, customers will be able to enjoy accelerated processing speeds and 4K resolution.
• The NanoCOM-KBU’s embedded controller structure features a real-time interrupt and also power and battery management systems. Additionally, because the board’s I2C bus is compatible with a range of IC formats, integrating it with your own custom-made carrier board is a straightforward operation.
• To simplify the implementation process, AAEON provides customers with dedicated development engineers. To make sure everything continues to work properly, there are also local engineers for debugging issues and the AAEON Hi-Safe program for up-to-the-minute system information.
